TOOL 10 // DIGITAL COMPANION

Host One Page, Not Another Platform

Small-screen companion tools for the printed book. No logins, no tracking, zero guilt. Touch one action and exit.

TOOL 01 // SPREAD 28 & CARD 04

Three-Minute Exit Clause

Touch one task for three minutes. When the timer ends, stopping is a valid result.

Before starting, choose one visible action:
03:00
Ready: Choose one visible action.
Core Principle: The brain resists endless obligation, not 180 seconds. Pausing or stopping after three minutes is valid biological data, not failure.
TOOL 02 // CARD 17

Let Chance Suggest

Enter two to six acceptable options. The result is a suggestion, not an instruction.

Quick fill:

Safety boundary: Do not randomize medication, safety, consent, money you cannot risk, or another high-stakes decision. No result is stored after you leave.
TOOL 03 // SPREAD 30 & CARD 05

Silent Company

Borrow a boundary and a witness, not supervision.

Opening Checklist

Opening Script:
"Want to work silently for ten minutes? We can state our task, mute, then check out."
Closing Script:
"The interval is over. What did you touch? Stopping, changing the task, or discovering a barrier all count as information."
Reminder: The other person is not a monitor, clinician, parent, or enforcer. Cameras and conversation remain optional.

Five Doors When the Whole Book Is Too Much

Emergency triage when executive capacity has dropped to zero.

DOOR 01

Check Danger

New severe physical symptoms, suicidal intent, violence, or immediate risk need urgent help. Use emergency or crisis services appropriate to your location.

DOOR 02

Reduce One Input

Dim lights, mute sound, put on noise cancelling headphones, move to another room, loosen tight clothing, or request a temporary touch pause.

DOOR 03

Check One Body Need

Food, usual safe fluid, bathroom, ambient temperature, or physical posture/stretching.

DOOR 04

Touch One Task

Open, place, copy, rinse, dial, or attach β€” then decide again.

DOOR 05

Send One Signal

"Overloaded, still care. Replying Thursday."
ONE ATTEMPT IS ENOUGH

Stop if the action makes pain, panic, dizziness, breathlessness, or distress worse. This page is orientation, not treatment.
